1. Service Scope

Fuelcapp Technologies provides strategic consulting, custom software development, and infrastructure audits focused on digital sovereignty. The specific scope of any project is defined in our signed Master Service Agreements (MSA).

2. Intellectual Property

We believe in absolute client ownership. Upon full payment for custom development services, all specific business logic and proprietary source code are transferred 100% to the client.

3. Advisory Limitation

While we provide architectural and compliance frameworks, our services do not constitute legal or financial advice. Clients should consult with their legal counsel regarding specific POPIA/GDPR obligations.

4. Engagement

All engagement with Fuelcapp begins with a discovery phase or a sovereignty audit to ensure alignment on strategic outcomes.
